BASIC WEDDING PACKAGE
Our weekday (Mon-Thurs) rate is $600/day and our weekend (Fri-Sun) rate is $1200/day. We just do one event per day so you are not rushed in the least. What that rental fee includes is: Tables and chairs for up to 225 people. 28- 60 inch Round Tables 10-Serving tables (6ft. Rectangular) Our sound system at no additional charge--this has CD, DVD, microphone, basically anything you would need except a projector) Use of our catering kitchen Ten artificial trees with white lights We allow you to bring in your own food and drink or hire any caterer of your choice. We allow you to bring alcohol in as well, however, if you decide to have a cash bar or are charging for drinks at all you must have someone with a liquor license in the state of Arkansas to do that. Also, we don't allow kegs. You have much freedom in decorating--we just ask that you don't nail, tack, glue, stick anything to the walls or woodwork, and that you do not use confetti of any kind. You are responsible for your own set-up and clean-up, however, if you would prefer not to do it yourselves I have contacts who do this for our clients at very reasonable prices. There is a $450 cleaning/damage deposit on top of the rental fee--this is fully refundable as long as it is left clean and no damage is sustained.
